• 正品行货
高思向您保证所售商品均为原厂正品。
• 高效配送
除部分特殊商品除外，高思销售的商品默认以顺丰或京东快递/物流发货，安全快速。
• 无忧退换
客户自收到商品之日起7日内（含7日），在保证商品与包装完好的前提下，支持产品质量问题而退货或换货。（部分商品除外，详情参考具体报价或相关规定）

• 关于保修
我司对所销售的产品，按生产厂家所承诺保修条件执行。总体来看，目前各FA厂商对其品牌产品承诺保修12个月。
• 如何联系售后？
关于产品售后相关的事宜，您可以直接电话或发邮件至service@gaossi.com
• 什么情况下可以申请售后服务？
当您遇到退换货、退款、发票、维修、索赔、少配件等以上问题时，可以申请售后。
• 申请售后时要提供哪些凭据？
对于退换货，您需要提供发票、送货单、验收单、提货单、快递面单、保修卡、产品说明书等产品资料或凭证。
